New Group , new growth

Hey NC3 ,
though there will be a big change in structure and not be a caregroup or even the same unit anymore . But i just want to explain why restructure… its for growth and strength . so look forward for growth point by your respective leaders , after all they are God’s chosen ppl .
Wednesday , will be our last cg together … so those who can’t come just try to rush over… its important .

Anyway , just to share something to your .
1. We serve God , because we love God … we workhard during outreach and stuff are good … That doesn’t give you an excuse for not studying … so pls go study hard … we want to play hard and study hard for God
2. If it wasn’t for God … we won’t speak truth and bring people to know him
3. if it wasn’t for GOd … everything we do is pointless
4. Only the words from God change ppl . words of man influence people … read the word of God more …
5. Study for Jesus … be a salt and light in skul and at home
6. HONOUR YOUR PARENTS AND LEADERS
7. love and care for fellow brothers

Jacob Wrestles With God

 22 That night Jacob got up and took his two wives, his two maidservants and his eleven sons and crossed the ford of the Jabbok. 23 After he had sent them across the stream, he sent over all his possessions. 24 So Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him till daybreak. 25 When the man saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of Jacob’s hip so that his hip was wrenched as he wrestled with the man. 26 Then the man said, “Let me go, for it is daybreak.”
      But Jacob replied, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

 27 The man asked him, “What is your name?”
      ”Jacob,” he answered.

 28 Then the man said, “Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel, ^[e] because you have struggled with God and with men and have overcome.”

Man, i wanna be like Jacob, who wrestles with God, UNTIL God bless him. He says that ‘I Will Not Let You Go Unless You Bless me.’ That’s what im telling God now. GOD, IM GONNA FORCE UR HANDS TO WORK GOD. I WANT YOU TO BLESS ME GOD!!!! I WIL NEVER LET YOU GO UNLESS YOU BLESS ME. God!!! What has happened in my GROUP?!?!? GOD, BLESS US!! ARGHS!!!! Im so not contented now. My fire’s burning!! WHY THIS CANT BE!!!! 12 WITH 1 ONLY?!?!?! THIS CANT BE HAPPENING!!! GOD!!!!! Is this a testing? OR is this ur plan? GOD, BLESS uS LAH!!!!!

CG08!!! Make your life count!!!

hey all ,
i must say that all of you have worked hard . I recently went crazy about CG08. We really must quickly finish the yishun schools . ar!!! hey All NorthC people , this is my challenge to you. make you spiritual life at least must double . all PLM , grow to a CG size . 7!!! all shepherd’s take up more sheep !!! All CL , look forward to make your CG attractive. We , NorthC will not admire the standard , but we will be the standard for others. The kingdom of God will not grow bit by bit but Glory to Glory . Amen!!!
My commitment to all of you is this , since i can’t sacrifice my studies . If prefect and Ministry comes together , i will do ministry . I’ll not pay the consequences with the expense of my people’s life . and also , i’ll study till late nights as i want to shine for God . Mid years L1R4=32 , L1R5=40 . In End of year , this is what i’ll archieve , L1R4=20 , L1R5= 23. This is my commitment to God and the group .
Now think through , if you haven’t set or gave your commitment to God then do it now! God longs to bless his child , but are our hands empty to accept it . unload your burden to God , receive blessing from him . is there anything that God can’t do ? is there anyone that God can’t use? Let’s all chiong for the Kingdom !!! NC3 this saturday , we’ll take up 4 rows in service . 25 people ! its possible !!!

Wow, i feel so happy after looking back a few hours ago of how God has blessed miie today is tiring but without God , i don’t think that whatever thing i have done , whatever thing i have say and whatever things i had share during my outreach will be sucessful I am really happy because God had really show miie miricals and God talk to miie through david , my dearest UL . I dun really dare to speak out to my classmate who is also a christian but have a charecter who is like a non-believer . I had never though of speaking out to her as she is kind of insulting God and giving others a very bad impresion aboust christianity.I really wanna thank God for giving miie the courage and help miie so much.

i believe that God can also help you , whoever is reading this post as God says ask and it will be given and i feel that God can also use whoever is reading this post greatly too ! our God is really really a POWERFUL GOD.

for your info , CG08 is not the vision . hehe … its just part of the vision .
Why does hope exist ?
Because of the love of God and God’s vision .
Is jesus God?
yea. God come in 3 form , The father , son and holyspirit.
How does God speak to us?
God speak through People , verse , picture , word and etc . God speaks through everything
Can CG be more fun?
yea. we’ll be having themes in CG , E.g Happy feet , casino royale

Make your life count , towards 36 !!!

hey all NC3 hunks,
hey remember in caregroup today we all had fun playing Penguin (polar bear) , and also who have to do forfeit on Saturday all this fun memories are good and exciting . As Christians we don;t want to just have fun , but also meet God at the same time . During worship , a word was spoken and was strengthen  2 times , and it is about the father giving his one and only son to us (john 3:16, romans 5:8 ) . Go think about what has been spoken , yeah ?
During teaching due to time constraint , teaching cut until left challenge . whats our challenge ? simple , now we have 12 consistent , we will work towards to see 12×3=36 . the break down of the goal is this :
Yishun sec: 14    Orchid Park sec: 7    Navalbase sec : 7     Canberra sec : 7

total : 35 +1 = 36

its possible , its imaginable , its just in front of us .
Make your life count , don’t miss out in this harvest season. I repeat the growth of the Group depends on each and everyone of your life , 1 life , live it for God . Make you life count . We are all in thi8s race together .
You have heard successful stories from other schools , now its our turn !!! Amen ?
we’ll see NC3 not just hitting a cg , but a unit . its just the beginning of our growth not the end .

Earth’s Dying.

This Situation hit me. Sze Chuan earthquake situation. Earthquakes. Earthquakes and more earthquakes. God’s showing a sign man, hey, ppl are dying. ‘If u dont want to share the Gospel to this person today, who knows, he might die tmr, and then, he cant hear the gospel, he cant go heaven.’ this is what i told myself. Time is a PROBLEM HERE!!!!! Time’s running out. how can we be lazy and dont step out of the comfort zone, another second and it might be too late!!! The Earth’s Dying, Can You Sense The Urgency? God’s telling us something through this disasters. The Great Commission must be fulfilled ASAP!!! I believe that Earth is dying. Earth’s ending. BY THE TIME we all are gng to DIE, IF we’re still in our comfort zone, WE’RE NOT GNG TO FULFILL THE GREAT COMMISSION!!!!!!. ARGH!!! This is my holy discontentment. About Outreach. When sch reopens, i dont care. Im responsible for saving lives, i’m accountable to God for it.

I shall start the ball rolling. Today as i was doing my devotion, this section really hits me. About encouragement. That we shouldnt keep on correcting and rebuking, but also encourage. Encouragemeng builds a person up completely!! An encouragement can bring ppl over their limits, as you’ve empowered them with words that are indescribable. Ohwell, that’s about all. One thing i wanna apply is i wanna be more encouraging. Since i got this gift of encouragement, it’s time i unleash it. Alrights, off to bed! Nights!!!
